I was recently asked to speak at a conference to celebrate International Women’s Day. While the topic revolved around Career Capital and the upcoming challenges in the work place, I found myself always going back to my reality and the realities of the people around me. No matter where I am, what I am doing and whom I am addressing, my students, our AMSI students, somehow find a way into the conversation, they become the focus and no matter what the topic is, hey manage to become the heroes of my stories, and the reason to which I owe my career capital, my reality and my professional happiness, never mind growth and development...
